Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rite Aid Photo.We invite you to review our policy regarding the return of products or services. Some jurisdictions have different consumer protection laws in which case we will do our best to comply with the applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Exchanges and Refunds:
We will gladly:
within 15 days after the product has been delivered to you.
For an exchange or refund, you must notify us by email at support-riteaid@storefront.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your email by reply and assist you in returning the product as identified below. Make sure to send and have your return package post marked within the 15 days after the product has been delivered to you.
Cancellations:
Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may cancel an order if the product is not delivered to the delivery address on your order form within 30 days of the date your order is accepted.
To cancel, you must notify us by email at support-riteaid@storefront.com. We will acknowledge receipt of your email by reply, process the cancellation and assist you in returning the product as identified below. Make sure to send and have your return package post marked within the 15 days after the notice of cancellation has been given by you or after the product has been delivered to you, whichever is later.
Return Package:
Returned products must be unused and in the same condition as that in which it was delivered (including the original packaging).
You must return any product (including a valid receipt or proof of purchase) by registered mail (using the pre-paid return label we provided you) or by personal delivery to: [Note: The supplier is responsible for the reasonable cost of returning the goods. A product that is returned by you is deemed to have been returned on the date the product is sent.
Processing of Refunds:
All refunds will be processed within 15 days upon cancellation of your order in accordance with this policy or receipt of your return package and will be credited to the original method of payment for the amount you paid for the product or service (deducting original shipping charges as applicable).
We will notify you when your refund is complete, if there are any problems with your refund (e.g. items are missing from the returned package) or if your refund is refused (e.g. returned after the applicable return period).
If we have confirmed that your refund is complete and you still have not received your refund, you should contact your credit card company directly. Please note that there is often a delay in time before a refund is posted to your account by your credit card company.
